Funerals

Knowing that I can help create a service the way that families want for a loved one is, to me, a precious gift and one that I genuinely love. My aim, with the family, is to celebrate a life that honours the person's memory. I support and work with the family from their first point of contact with me to the very end. 

Often, I will not know the family or the deceased, but my job is to listen to the stories about their loved ones and the times they have spent together and to develop a mental picture of the person and produce a story that captures the person. It is always difficult at first for families to face this grief head on but with support and help from me we get there. My mantra is always “family first".
